We got a few pictures from Sandra I think via Facebook. The girls have really changed in the past few years. Elena is a young lady now and the twins are not far behind. Sandra is still in Spain teaching at the university. 

In case you have forgotten, Sandra is my cousin on my Dad’s side of the family. Her Dad, Franklin Myers and I are cousins. Franklin farms and lives in Kansas. Sandra’s Grandmother, Dorothy Myers,  and my Dad, Paul Loveless, were brother and sister. Now I should use the terms second and first cousins but since I don’t understand what they really mean I’ll use what the Internet told me. Just use COUSIN.

I certainly hope I have the names correct for these girls. I usually do but as they get older they lend to look a lot alike. I apologize if I’ve gotten them wrong.

As I said earlier, I get a lot of pictures by copying them from Facebook.

These pictures were copied during December even though they may be a little older. Brandis to the daughter of Keith Taylor, son of Paul Taylor Marie’s brother. Believe it or not she is a twin of Cammion who’s family will be up later. Brandis and her husband Stephen are located in North Carolina. They have a year old son by the name of Adam.

Also pictured is a group picture of Brandis, Season (her older sister) her mother Martha and Martha mother I only know as Nana.

Another turkey, rather than the one you cut off its head and roast  (or now) fry and then eat, is I. I almost forgot to take pictures of any of the going’s on Thanksgiving. I guess that with Laura, Steve and Dustin going to Steve’s parents or his brother’s house for dinner, it just slipped my mind. Anyway, just before the last people were leaving, I wanted to take a picture of Kyle’s roommate from Stillwater and I finally got my camera out.

Sorry about that.  But here are the only pictures I took. I could have taken a picture of the bird, but it was completely striped of meat and the bones very in th trash.

Mary Albright and Josh Butterfield were married in Missouri on August 21st. Sorry I didn’t get the town/city in Missouri where the wedding was held, but that’s life.

Mary is the daughter of Tom and Brenda Albright and the grand-daughter of Evelyn Albright (Marie’s sister).

We don’t see enough of any of our family members, so I picked these up off  of Facebook. I hope Sandra will be OK with me posting them here. To be truthful I’m unaware as to where in Spain they went on summer trip. I’m sure Sandra noted this but that data I didn’t get captured.

Matt and Kim and family will be moving into their new home sometime in September. They have been unable to sell their old place due to the housing market falling apart here in Oklahoma. So, they will be renting the old place. They hope to have a contract within the next week or two.

Anyway, this is an outside view of the house that is about 6 miles south-east of  Broken Arrow Oklahoma. We’ll add some pictures of the outside to this blog later this week.

West side of new home.

Well, as normal, the get together for another family birthday is on a Sunday the 15th, at the old homestead. The occasion was Katlyn’s (Matt’s daughter) 14th Birthday which was on the 12th. Usually this would be at Maat’s and  Kim’s place but as Matt and family are moving into a new house around the end of this month, or early September, things were a little out of place at their home.

The last POST for the year is Kim’s (Matt’s wife) birthday get together. It is also the first POST for the year 2010, Alexis’ 8thbirthday get together. We had both get together’s because of the weather. Kim’s birthday is on the 31 of December and Alexis’ is on January 4 and we still have bad roads. Even though we had planned it this way, we were almost unable to have the get together as we had snow the evening of January 2nd and on into Sunday the 3rd. It was bad up Laura’s and the kids (Katlyn’s and Kassidy’s) direction but not to bad in Tulsa or Broken Arrow.

Also we never got around to showing Kim’s cake as it was thawing out (Cheese cake with strawberries). So we madde-upma cake for Kim. Other than that it was a four hour get together ending with watching the Miami and Pittsburg game on TV. (Matt’s a Miami fan and Kim’s a Pittsburg fan).

I received some new pictures from Sandra a few days ago. The first picture is of Sandra and the twins, Ana Maria and Isabel. The second picture is of the three girls, Ana Maria, Elena and Isabel. My how Elena has grown. She’s a young lady now.

A problem I have is remembering which twin is which. I hope I get them right.

This POST is to show you what Tulsa has for those that love art. The pictures are just pictures of the grounds where the museum is located in Northwest Tulsa, as they do not allow any pictures to be taken inside the museum. They have great pictures within Philbrook as well as many other items. Very rich in Indian arts.
